Joan Marie Amshel

Joan Marie Amshel, PA-C, MHS Is a Physician Assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants NCCPA. Joan earned a Master of Health Science degree from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT in 1997 after earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College in Providence, RI in 1986. Joan has been a practicing Physician’s Assistant for over twenty years and has a diverse background in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery, Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Robotics, OBGYN, General Surgery and Colorectal Surgery. Joan is a member of the AAPA and FAPA who loves to cook, travel, and spend time with her husband and two children.
